NATIONAL SCHOOLS CHAMPS

OMG......... we did it! we ended our last national schools champs with a BANG.

i'm very proud to say that we came back with 5 gold medals in 3 events and an overall FIRST RUNNER-UP team medal (girls) and a TEAM SINGAPORE BEST PERFORMER award (Most Valuable Athelete).

first event was k2-1000m girls. xiaoting and dorcas were the only JUNIOR boat in that race and they raced strong to get a 5th. THAT'S DAMN GOOOOOOD.

next was my event, k2-1000m guys. even though we got first in our heats and 2nd in semis (losing to NJC), we came in FIRST in finals. we began to take the lead during the 2nd part of the race. we pulled like hell for every single stroke. by the last six buoys (150m), i was already feeling high about my gold. the feeling of crossing the line first was really undescribable. all i saw was fuckoteng shouting like mad in front, as well as the esctatic team mates together with mr ang cheering like mad on the land.

as we paddled towards the pontoon to get our boat weighed, i saw mr ang and leonard congratulating us from far. i felt very relieved because i thought we did it for the team, particularly leonard. my gold is not just mine, it is for everyone's hardwork and sacrifice.

this is the last inter-school race for all jcs' canoeists before they step down to study for A's. i'm glad i ended it in the right way, in the way i wanted.

wanna thank alot of people. i owe my success to every single one around me. i'm sure everyone i've listed will get to read because people around me are kaypoh hardcore blog stalkers think i don't know!?! abit gay but i'll still say it ahhahaha.

the senior team:
fucko my partner. thank you for releasing your essences of your powerful leg hair by stroking your legs happily in the water everytime. thank you for that poor aimming spit of yours that landed in the boat and which eventually flowed to the back part of boat where i am. haha, ok lah. thanks for being such a greaaaat partner. so fit, so muscular, and such a good pace setter. yeah we did it. one more race to go - national canoeing champs.

leonard da gay shit- thanks for feeding us with entertainment, blog king. sometimes very extreme when teasing meng. hardcore. i don't dare. lol. we've been training together for 3 years and i did learn alot from you. you mentioned about your regret for not winning anything in K2, so we won this for you. we won GOLD for you brother.

meng our sister or brother?- although dinner has always been very boring with you, we will forgive you. you're always saying that you're scared/you can't catch water/strokes inefficient/very slow/no energy during dinner time and it is quite irritating lol. we wrote so many notes to you to encourage you but you never listened to us. so what's the point huh. aiya i've said what i wanted to say in that note i gave you already. just to add on, we will never HAI you, we will only HELP you. hahahah. thanks for being such a great team mate.

ailing- hahah, your strokes look so damn nice now. i hope i don't get to see you cry anymore ya. don't get so affected by people's comments lah. you are damn good although you always pangseh us, kaopei sia. watch out hor. you better join us for whatever shit next time. your achievements are already countless in this 1.5 year. i'm sure you will do very well in the future as well.

we did it! so now let us do the last thing for the team and for ourselves: mug our asses off. with the same focus and hardwork, i'm sure good grades are within our reach.

junior team:
like what mr ang said, we have left bigger shoes for you guys to fill. you guys got a heavy responsibility so make sure you keep that in mind. just have to train hard and harder. "train hard, race easy".
